Do you have deep knowledge of medical nutrition, have interest in the healthcare environment and would like to join us on our mission to make the planet healthier through food? We are looking for a dedicated and responsible team-player to join our Medical Affairs and Market Access team today!

In this role you will get the opportunity to work broadly with our consumer loyalty, ensuring that the voice of our customers is being heard and they feel supported through specialized nutrition advises and answers to product related questions. You will be the go-to person for questions related to our wide portfolio of products, and therapeutical areas. In collaboration with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams you will support the medical affairs activity plan for external parties. In this role you will report to the Medical Affairs and Market Access Manager and work closely with the marketing and sales functions.

About the job

The responsibility of this role is spread out on 2 pillars: Customer Care and Medical Support.

Customer Care:

  • Handle all inbound product and medical related calls and e-mails and respond to inquiries from customers, HCPs and patients as well as internal requests from commercial team.  
  • Complaint handling according to process.
  • Coordinate and support the group of SNA in other Nordic countries by facilitating monthly sharing, relevant updates and best practice sharing, shared Q&A.
  • Analyze Salesforce data collected in order to identify trends, week signals, and alert relevant functions if necessary.

 

Medical Support:

  • Support Medical and Marketing team on content development, review and amendment of HCP/ patient materials, product sheets and medical content materials to secure scientific and credible communication.
  • Support the Medical Affairs and Market Access Manager on creating medical education programs, identifying the speakers, and organizing the logistics for speakers at national and regional congresses and meetings, in line with policies and internal processes.
  • On a regular basis, conduct medical/product training sessions, learning modules and presentations for the commercial functions including onboarding of new employees. 
  • BI (Business Intelligence) – Follow up on articles, trends and news related to focus areas and nutritional treatment. Keep the organization up to date by summarizing key points.

About you

Other than the above, we also believe you will have the following competencies to succeed in this role:

 

  • Degree in nutrition / as a dietitian or other similar area
  • Knowledge of medical nutrition.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare environment, understanding regulatory policies on medical and scientific communication.
  • Experience from Customer Service or similar customer oriented field.
  • Full fluency in English and Swedish
  • Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated.
  • Well-organized and strong self-management skills with ability to manage complexity.
  • High personal integrity and ethical approach to business.
